Restaurant Manager

We're looking for someone who can manage the financial and operational aspects of our high-volume restaurant. You will recruit, hire, and train staff who can give our diners an exceptional experience. You must ensure that all local, state, and federal rules are followed by the restaurant. Responsibilities Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards Create a comprehensive plan for the restaurant that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue and expenses Recruit, interview, train, and motivate restaurant staff Undertake routine assessments of team members' performance and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions through performance management Responsible for marketing direction and creative promotions and community events Qualifications Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired Prior food service experience managing inventory levels, budgets, and operating costs is required Must have 2-3 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in food service #J-18808-Ljbffr Doubletree by Hilton Charlotte City Center
