Restaurant | Elevated Cuisine & Craft Cocktails Are you ready to lead something from the ground up? We’re looking for an experienced, passionate General Manager. What You’ll Do Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team Drive exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations Manage scheduling, labor, budgeting, and cost controls Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company standards Partner with ownership and leadership during pre-opening and ongoing operations Build training, systems, and processes that set the restaurant up for long-term success What We’re Looking For At least 4 years of General Manager experience or equivalent senior restaurant leadership Experience in polished casual or upscale casual dining Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first mindset Passion for hospitality, elevated food, and craft cocktails Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment New restaurant opening experience is a plus, but not required Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 , based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability (STD/LTD) Opportunity for growth within a developing concept If you’re a motivated leader who’s excited to build a team, deliver outstanding hospitality, and help launch a standout dining experience, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr High Tide Hospitality
