Compensation:$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoMeet with buyers and understand their goals, needs, and timeline
Help clients find and evaluate properties
Schedule and conduct property showings
Educate and guide buyers throughout the home-buying process
Prepare and negotiate offers and purchase contracts
Manage clients from initial consultation through closing
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients
Use our CRM and proven systems to manage your pipeline and appointments
Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
Participate in ongoing coaching, sales training, and team meetings
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in listing or sales preferred
- Ability to perform market analysis and pricing strategy
- Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
- Coachable, driven, and results-focused mindset
