Our Cleveland, TN plant is eagerly seeking Production Associates to join our team! Our Cleveland, TN plant is eagerly seeking Production Associates to join our team! Responsibilities Include Stacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping Mixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter Running and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings. Operating a front end loader to transport bulk materials General cleanup of work areas Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc) Pay & Perks $18.00-$20.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience. We offer cross training opportunities in other areas of production. Excellent communication and organization in a fast paced production environment. Previous experience and comfortability in forklift operation, including stacking pallets 2-3 high is a plus!
