Requirements: 3 years of previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures Basic computer, math, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Frequent walking, bending, and lifting

Job Duties

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently within specifications
• Measure, mix, and assemble materials with precision
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor processes and record accurate production data
• Identify issues and communicate with supervisors to resolve problems quickly
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjust equipment as needed
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
• Load materials into mixers, feeders, and production equipment
• Operate machinery such as extruders and automated systems
• Cut, assemble, and build products to exact specifications
• Use forklifts and overhead cranes safely (if trained)
• Support inventory, quality improvements, and process enhancements
