$30.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Onsite Houston, TX 77058 What Matters Most $30.00 per hour Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Onsite in Houston, TX 77058 Contract opportunity with potential for permanent placement Weekly pay Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and referral bonus program Job Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for administrative, professional, financial services, customer service, specialty, and corporate positions. This role requires a proactive recruiter who is comfortable sourcing passive talent, building pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and managing requisitions from sourcing through offer and pre-employment requirements. Banking or financial services recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer. Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, recruiting databases, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods. Conduct candidate screens and assess qualifications and overall fit. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and present qualified candidates. Manage multiple requisitions and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the ATS. Assist with interview coordination, offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Must complete and successfully pass a pre-employment credit screening. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred. Strong proactive sourcing and passive candidate outreach experience. Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, interviewing, organization, and relationship-building skills.
