This assignment runs from November 23 to March 18, with a consistent weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, offering a meaningful chance to make a difference in a unique student population.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology licensure
• CCC-SLP or completion of CFY requirements welcomed
• Background in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
• Experience with teletherapy platforms is valued
• Understanding of transition-aged programs, cognitive or social-emotional support needs preferred
• Ability to individualize communication plans and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Provide cog/SEL-driven communication support, fostering independence and self-advocacy skills
• Document progress, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to create an inclusive, supportive environment
• Utilize teletherapy as appropriate to expand service reach and flexibility
• Contribute to program development aimed at post-secondary success for transition-aged youth
