You will utilize your technical expertise and self-motivated leadership to bring complex jobs from initial scope to seamless completion. How You Will Make An Impact Oversee end-to-end management of residential and commercial restoration construction projects across the local market. Drive project schedules, budget management, and resource allocation to meet strict deadlines and profitability targets. Execute regular site visits and field inspections to ensure strict quality control and safety standards. Spearhead internal initiatives to streamline field processes and help grow our expanding construction division. Lead cross-functional coordination between subcontractors, field crews, property owners, and internal teams. Maintain clear, proactive project documentation and regular communication with all project stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Experience Active Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL). Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction or restoration projects independently. Self-motivated leader with a proven ability to manage complex job sites with minimal oversight. Willingness to travel regionally up to 60% of the time to support active project sites. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Completed Trade Program or Technical Certification in construction management or a related field. Demonstrated history of successfully managing both residential and commercial job scopes. Background in fast‑paced emergency restoration or specialty construction logistics.
