Martin & Harris, Inc. is looking for a detail-driven Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team in San Rafael, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced bookkeeping professional to take full ownership of the accounting function in a dynamic, established organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping the numbers in perfect order, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and balance sheets monthly
- Generate financial reports including profit & loss statements and cash flow analysis
- Handle month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed
- 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
