We are looking for professional crews and skilled installers who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.This is an excellent opportunity for established subcontractors looking for consistent work and competitive pay.ResponsibilitiesInstall residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications.Install vinyl and fiber cement siding.Install replacement and new construction windows.Maintain a clean and safe job site.Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.Communicate effectively with project managers regarding job progress.QualificationsExperience installing roofing, siding, and/or windows.Must have your own tools and equipment.Reliable transportation.Valid driver's license.Ability to pass background requirements when required by certain municipalities or projects.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Must be certified Home Improvement Contractors.General Liability Insurance requiredHaving your own crew is a strong plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience with asphalt shingle roofing.Experience installing vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, and replacement windows.Ability to read work orders and installation specifications.Strong communication and customer service skills.What We OfferConsistent project opportunities.Competitive pay per project.Flexible scheduling.Professional support from our operations team.Opportunity to build a long-term working relationship.If you are an experienced roofing, siding, or window installation subcontractor looking for steady work, we encourage you to apply today.
