Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Licensed Occupational Therapist

We're hiring a licensed occupational therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support patients on their journey to healing and independence.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in occupational therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California occupational therapy license required to start the position.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in hospital or acute care settings preferred.
• Clinical supervisory experience, including direct supervision of certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs) and rehabilitation technicians, preferred.
• Experience with program development, policy and procedure oversight, and competency/education processes for therapy staff preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients approximately 80% of the time while performing administrative and leadership duties the remaining 20%.
• Compliance with state practice act and applicable regulations.
