Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the position.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in hospital or acute care settings preferred.
• Clinical supervisory experience, including direct supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and rehabilitation technicians, preferred.
• Experience with program development, policy and procedure oversight, and competency/education processes for therapy staff preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients approximately 80% of the time while performing administrative and leadership duties the remaining 20%.
• Compliance with state practice act and applicable regulations.
