Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Supervise and delegate nursing tasks to certified nursing assistants and other support staff
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communication
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License
• Valid CPR Certification
• I.V. Certification preferred
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
