safely and efficiently performs a variety of tasks in an industrial environment involving motorized vehicles, rotating equipment, manual and power tools, and production lines. Responsibilities include operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

. Probationary training may be required on 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Pay Range: $22.22 to $23.30/hr.

($.45/hr. shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts) Benefits Include:

Medical, Dental, and Prescription, 401k Retirement Plan, Health Savings Account, Life/ Critical Illness, 2 weeks paid vacation (prorated 1st year based on hire) and 13 paid holidays Roles Responsibilities : Set ups and operates various machines and equipment Conduct required quality checks and completes required documentation (e.g.., scrap sheets, logs, data gathering, first/last piece inspection reports) Performs required preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment, machine, and process problems. May use hand and power tools to assemble products and package components. Follows verbal and written instructions, including blueprints, and uses computer for production-related tasks May operate various material handling equipment such as power pallet jacks, lifts and packaging wrappers Performs a variety of tasks/roles throughout the day, and rotates from positions as required Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment using 6S principles Regular attendance and ability to work overtime While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time Able to use hand/power tools, measuring equipment such as gages, calipers, indicators, scales, and tape measures Able to communicate effectively, and understand verbal and written instructions Basic computer literacy Preferred Qualification: Previous work experience in a production or industrial environment Able and willing to learn new tasks and train in other positions Immigration Sponsorship Not Available: Applicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.).
