Occupational TherapistPlans and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part.Candidate will work three days in Marshall, MI and two days in Battle Creek, MI (14231 Beadle Lake Road, Battle Creek, MI). Facilities are 17 miles apart.Dress code: Business casual, or solid scrubs.Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload/during interview will not be approved!! No more than five days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).Client will not consider candidates within 50 miles of either facility.Requirement description:1+ years OT Adult/Peds experience - RequiredMichigan OT License - RequiredMust have strong peds experience - RequiredPrevious travel experience - PreferredTraveler must have a clean driving record and their own insurable vehicle for this needTraveler's perm address must be included in profileAny/All RTO must be included in profile.
