Fulfillment Integration SuperintendentCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Fulfillment Integration Superintendent (Senior Manager, Level M) to join our 787 Fulfillment Team located in North Charleston, South Carolina. This position reports to the Director of 787 Fulfillment.You will lead teams that manage our 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) environment, providing strategy, partnership, guidance, and accountability to the 3PLs and vendors. The position will support the 3PL contract lifecycle and ensure day-to-day performance by measuring KPIs, removing roadblocks, monitoring work‑in‑process, and confirming all Boeing requirements are met.Close collaboration with 787 Fulfillment, the 787 Program, and other key stakeholders will be essential to capture requirements and align priorities. The role will communicate status and escalations to leaders across Boeing and the 3PL, provide KPI updates and executive summaries, and coordinate with stakeholders to expedite activities and avoid schedule delays. You will also identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement initiatives at the 3PL.The ideal candidate is a team-oriented leader with experience in high-paced logistics environments, inspiring and motivating teams, overseeing complex projects, and addressing critical program requirements. Expertise in factory logistics transformation, fulfillment strategy, warehouse network optimization, logistics operating model, integrated planning, 3PL transformation, operational readiness, flow to build, automation, and production system resilience are highly preferred.
