The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, assisting employees and guests, and providing general administrative support while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Receptionist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:30pm)

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Answer and direct phone calls and messages.
• Maintain sign-in sheets and visitor records.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support.
• Communicate with supervisors and employees as needed.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
• Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Professional and friendly communication skills.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.
