Step onto a busy fabrication floor where no two days feel the same. You’ll rotate through core shop tasks—deburring sharp edges, cleaning and prepping parts, pitching in wherever needed—and then shift to the metrology bench to verify critical dimensions with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. With a blueprint in hand, you’ll confirm specs and quality so every component leaves the shop right the first time.

What You’ll Do

• Cross-train and support multiple work areas across the shop (deburring, part cleaning, general assistance).
• Use precision measuring tools—micrometers, calipers, and assorted gauges—to check parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints to verify tolerances and quality.

What You’ll Bring

• Knowledge of CNC Mazak mills (preferred).
• A strong quality mindset and experience with precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred).
• Reliability, timeliness, adherence to standards, and a willingness to learn (required).
• Motivation to grow and develop new skills.

Compensation

$18+ per hour (based on experience).

Schedule Options

Multiple shifts available:

• 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:00pm; Overtime on Saturdays, 6:00am–11:00am
• 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am; Overtime on Friday, 3:00pm–9:00pm
