Position: Warehouse Helper Location: Lacey, WA Pay: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 4:35 PM (Occasional shifts until 5:00 PM) Seasonal position through August, with the potential to continue through September. Who We Are Opti Staffing is partnering with a well-established distribution company in Lacey that is looking for dependable Warehouse Helpers to assist with their busy summer season. What You’ll Do Pick and stage customer orders accurately for shipment. Organize materials and prepare products for distribution. Load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping goals. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices. The Musts Ability to lift up to 75 pounds periodically throughout the day. Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Preferred Previous picking, staging, shipping, or receiving experience.
