General Laborer

Job Description

Ultimate Rental Services is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Romeoville, Illinois. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing the job right, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading rental equipment
Set up and tear down equipment at job sites and customer locations
Clean, inspect, and prepare equipment for customer use
Maintain an organized and safe warehouse and yard
Support daily operations as needed
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
Strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Mechanical aptitude or experience with equipment setup is a plus
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and take direction
Valid Drivers License
