Application Architect

Insight Global is hiring a Software Engineer to join the Developer Experience (DevEx) team. This person will build tools and solutions that improve developer productivity across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has strong JavaScript, Python, and microservices experience, along with a deep understanding of build toolchains, IDEs, and how code is compiled and deployed. Experience with AI/LLMs is highly desired. Compensation is $70.24 per hour.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong JavaScript and Python development experience
Experience building and supporting microservices
Deep understanding of IDEs, build tools, and code compilation processes
Knowledge of AI/LLMs, including token generation concepts
Experience building developer tools/platforms (tool builder, not tool user)


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Developer Experience (DevEx) background
CI/CD and build pipeline expertise
Enterprise-scale application development
Banking or highly regulated environment experience
