Are you an experienced contract specialist looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic and supportive legal team? We're seeking a Paralegal (no certification required) to join our Fort Worth, TX office! Position Highlights: Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite required on Tuesdays; flexible office days for the rest of the week) Hours: Generally 9am-5pm (Flexible schedule) Duration: Anticipated to be a longer-term role, but may end by the close of 2026 Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience with contracts in a large company (Sourcing, Legal, or related department) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage the contract process independently Confident in contract drafting and editing; able to make decisions and draft proper language without constant oversight Salesforce or similar program experience is a plus (training provided on internal programs) Experience working alongside legal professionals and supporting dedicated clients What You'll Do: Work directly with our in-house lawyer to manage and oversee all contract processes Draft, review, and revise contracts independently Support one dedicated client, handling all their contractual needs Receive robust training on our internal systems Why Join Us?
