Monitor patient conditions, medications, and self‑care skills; reevaluate care objectives as conditions change. What You Will Do Provide patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing care plan to the healthcare team. Coordinate with other healthcare providers and provide holistic support to patients, families, and friends. Develop nursing care plans based on medical histories, patient examinations, and documentation of physical and psychological status. Teach patients, families, and friends about conditions, medications, and self‑care skills; answer questions and provide resources. Evaluate patient care by measuring outcomes against therapeutic standards, reviewing records, and adjusting the care plan as needed. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy care environment by adhering to infection‑control policies, medication administration procedures, controlled substance regulations, and legal regulations. Document patient care services in patient and departmental records. Maintain and troubleshoot patient care equipment, ensure supplies are stocked, and handle preventive maintenance. Keep nursing competencies current as outlined by leadership. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience Registered Nurse (RN) – Board of Nursing license in the state of practice, valid upon hire. Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience 1–3 years of experience working in a clinical environment.
