Primary Care Physician [Spanish Required]

Role: Primary Care Physician responsible for delivering equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in neighborhood clinics. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage patient care at local clinics Prescribe medications and treatments Maintain electronic medical records using canopy and greenway Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals Work with Practice Managers to oversee the care team Support preventive medicine and low hospital admissions Perform other assigned duties Qualifications & Skills Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) graduate Board Certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Unrestricted state medical license and active DEA license US work authorization Preferred: Geriatrics fellowship, experience with older adults, value-based care, outpatient primary care, bilingual skills Details Full-time role with an average weekly workload of 40 hours. Compensation ranges from $174,070 to $374,920, depending on experience and location.
