Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory, shipping and receiving, and material movement throughout a refinery environment. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize warehouse inventory and materials
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document material movement
• Load and unload deliveries and assist with packing/unpacking materials
• Operate a forklift to move pallets and large items
• Safely drive trucks to delivery locations and unload materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and regulations
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with WMS, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office
