The right candidate is organized, resourceful, credible with hiring leaders, and energized by helping a growing business hire well.What Success Looks Like:Priority roles move efficiently through the funnel with strong communication and minimal process breakdownsHiring managers experience responsive, organized, and credible recruiter partnershipCandidate pipelines are stronger, more proactive, and better aligned to hiring needsATS data is current, reliable, and useful for reporting and decision-makingCandidates have a positive, professional experience from first outreach through acceptanceJob ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and pre-boarding handoffPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, business context, and decision criteriaBuild and maintain active candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job postings, and external channels as appropriateConduct recruiter screens to assess candidate fit, motivation, capabilities, and alignment with role requirementsDrive timely movement of candidates through the process while maintaining a high-quality candidate experienceSupport offer development, closing activity, and transition to onboarding in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership and HRStakeholder Partnership Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners across Tract and Fleet Data SystemsProvide clear communication on search progress, candidate flow, market feedback, and hiring process next stepsHelp hiring managers stay aligned to structured interview practices, decision timelines, and process expectationsEscalate risks, bottlenecks, or priority conflicts quickly and constructivelySourcing and Talent Market Insight Develop practical sourcing strategies for assigned roles based on business need, talent availability, and search complexityIdentify and engage passive talent for harder-to-fill positions where proactive outreach is requiredShare relevant talent market feedback with hiring leaders and TA leadership, including compensation signals, location constraints, and candidate availabilityRequired Traits, Expertise and SkillsEducation & Experience3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with success managing professional and specialized roles in a fast-paced environmentExperience partnering directly with hiring managers through the full hiring processDemonstrated ability to source candidates proactively rather than relying only on inbound applicantsExperience working within an applicant tracking system and maintaining strong process disciplineTrack record of balancing speed, quality, communication, and follow-through across multiple searchesTechnical / Functional ExpertiseExperience in high-growth, multi-entity, or multi-brand environmentsExperience recruiting for technical, infrastructure, operations, corporate, or investment-adjacent rolesExperience supporting hiring during periods of rapid organizational growth or changeExperience using sourcing tools, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiencyCore Skills & CompetenciesStrong execution orientation and comfort managing multiple priorities at onceSound judgment in candidate assessment and stakeholder communicationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partnersHigh attention to detail and consistent follow-throughData-aware mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics and workflow signals to manage executionTeam-oriented approach and willingness to operate with flexibility in a growing environmentLocation: This position is a hybrid position (3 days/week) based out of our Denver, CO office, and is also open to fully remote for the right candidate based outside the Denver market.Expected Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 Base Salary + Discretionary BonusTract Capital employees enjoy competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K program, standard paid holidays, and unlimited PTO.Tract Capital is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
