Funds Attorney for AI Model Training

Join a pioneering role as a Funds Attorney, where your expertise will directly influence the development of advanced AI in the legal sector. This part-time, remote position is designed for experienced attorneys who are eager to contribute to the evolution of AI training and evaluation, particularly in the realm of contract management and fund formation. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to enhance model performance and output precision.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to rigorously assess AI performance on contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the funds department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including LPAs, subscription agreements, and side letters.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

• Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or training initiatives.

This is a contractor position with flexible hours, allowing you to contribute your expertise remotely.

Hourly pay ranges from $90 to $130, commensurate with experience.
