Property Manager (Rent Stabilized)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tenant communications, including inquiries, requests, and concerns with our property management software, Yardi.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely resolution of issues, with our property management software, MIQ.
- Conduct property inspections and assist in maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property upkeep and improvements.
- Utilizing our PO/Invoice software, P2P to create PO’s as needed, code and approve invoices.
- Assist in financial tracking and reporting, including budget management and expense tracking.
Qualifications:
- MUST have Rent Stabilized Property Management experience.
- 4+ years of experience in property management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software, Yardi, P2P, MIQ and MS Office Suite required
- Knowledge of NYC real estate regulations and tenant laws is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
