Data Specialist

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Data Specialist to join their team.Summary:The Content Data Specialist will support digital content operations. In this assignment, you will help ensure that content, product data, and related assets are accurate, organized, and consistently maintained across internal systems.Assignment Tasks:

• Maintain and update content, product information, and metadata across systems
• Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with established standards
• Support content publishing workflows within CMS and related platforms

Skills

• Tools or Technology: Excel proficiency; Prior experience with PIM/marketplace systems like Stibo or Mirakl is a plus, but not required
• Must Haves: Strong communication skills, highly self-directed, motivated, and self-reliant
• Nice to Haves: Proactive initiative, a process-improvement mindset, and strong resourcefulness

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
