Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab, a 111-bed skilled nursing facility in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients while promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records
Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care
Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication, and treatment options
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

As a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful difference in their lives. Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
