Position Overview: As the Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

What We Look For In Our Fitness Professionals: Proven ability to build the personal training business. Experienced in executing floor pulls. Nationally recognized personal training certification. Experience in recruiting and coaching the personal training staff. Ability to run the department playbook – know the numbers, set goals, and hold the team accountable.

Key Responsibilities: Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers. Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients. Implement company-wide fitness and sales initiatives. Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a competitive mindset. Oversee daily operations related to personal training and ensure compliance with company policies. Execute the monthly marketing initiative.

Qualifications: CPR certification (required). Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.). Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Physical effort required for daily duties, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing, and walking.
