Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and identify their specific protection needs.
Host initial consultations to explain our insurance offerings and how they provide peace of mind.
Assist individuals and families in selecting the right policies that align with their personal financial goals.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-ups within our company database.
Participate in team meetings to share success stories and sharpen your sales approach.
Provide ongoing support to clients as their life circumstances change and their coverage needs evolve.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong comfort level with initiating conversations and building connections.
Capacity to explain complex details in simple, everyday language.
A genuine desire to help families plan for their future.
Experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
