Job Description

The Registered Occupational Therapist plays a vital role in helping patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. This role involves assessing patient needs, implementing therapeutic treatments, and educating patients to achieve maximum independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately
Educate patients and families about therapy techniques and recovery processes
Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care
Establish realistic goals tailored to each patient’s needs

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Registered Occupational Therapist license

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in occupational therapy
