You’ll contribute to our mission by working at the heart of our growing team, gaining hands‑on experience in both core HR fundamentals and change projects. If working with people, bringing structure to chaos and improving how things run motivates you – you’ll fit right in! Master the Admin Provide administrative support to the HR Lead. Manage and structure employee files and databases. Take ownership of key recurring tasks like contract handling and document follow‑up. Team & Operational Support Help prepare presentations and internal reports. Support ad hoc projects and day‑to‑day team needs. Be part of employee engagement initiatives (team moments, feedback loops, internal communications). Your profile Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field? Is available for a minimum of 3 months? Brings a solid dose of genuine interest in HR, structure, and people? Is naturally proactive, accurate, and thrives on getting things done? Works independently, hunts for opportunities, and loves improving how things run? Speaks English fluently?
