Our client is a well-established company specializing in engineering services, with approximately 200 employees. Jobomschrijving Lead and develop the HR team, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure effective HR service delivery. Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. Drive workforce planning initiatives to support current and future business needs. Lead organization design and restructuring projects, including job redesign and workforce optimization. Establish and maintain job grading frameworks, performance management systems, and KPI structures. Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development matters. Champion change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure effective utilization of the organization's ERP system and HR-related technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that support sustainable business growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobat
