Marketing Communications & Brand Specialist

Hollywood, FL | Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for branding, communications, and digital engagement? We are seeking a Marketing Communications & Brand Specialist to join an innovative organization operating within the cleantech sector.

This position offers the opportunity to shape brand strategy, create impactful content, support executive communications, and strengthen market visibility across multiple channels.

What You'll Do

Build and execute brand messaging and content strategies.
Write press releases, executive communications, investor materials, and thought leadership content.
Manage social media campaigns and develop engaging content across platforms.
Design high-impact presentations, pitch decks, and customer-facing materials.
Support website design, content management, and user experience improvements.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to enhance market positioning.
Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, or content strategy.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Experience creating professional presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
Demonstrated success managing social media platforms and audience engagement initiatives.
Website management experience and familiarity with CMS platforms.
Understanding of B2B technology, SaaS, energy, or cleantech industries.

Preferred Experience

Startup or high-growth company environment.
Investor communications and presentation development.
Manufacturing, industrial, hardware, or enterprise technology marketing.
Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or advanced design software.
Email marketing, automation platforms, video production, or motion graphics.

Compensation

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
