Marketing Strategist

Ascendo is excited to present this opportunity in the financial services industry. We are looking for an analytical and highly technical Marketing Strategist to manage sophisticated data frameworks for a premier investment firm in Miami. This position is vital for driving pipeline efficiency, transforming market intelligence into targeted outreach, and aligning cross-functional teams to maximize investor relations. The ideal professional brings 3+ years of dedicated marketing operations experience within asset management or a complex B2B financial services environment, possessing the advanced system architecture skills required to optimize a modern sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a unified analytical infrastructure to track channel contributions, campaign health, and multi-touch attribution models.
Design and deploy automated communication sequences, behavioral workflows, and personalized nurture programs for targeted audience segments.
Audit business pipelines continuously to identify conversion gaps, execute re-engagement strategies, and enhance customer lifecycle tracking.
Supervise daily operations of internal database architectures, ensuring strict data hygiene and fluid data transfers between platforms.
Manage and enrich institutional prospect registries to identify high-value opportunities and deliver actionable leads to business units.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience handling revenue operations or data-driven outreach platforms.
Prior background in wealth management, financial consulting, or asset management sectors.
Strong proficiency in CRM architecture, automated workflow logic, and data synchronization.
Advanced capability to interpret complex marketing metrics and deliver plain-language reports to leadership.
Experience utilizing industry-specific data intelligence platforms to build targeted corporate lists.
Comfortable executing technical tasks including database manipulation, segmentation logic, and funnel diagnostics.
Superb attention to detail with a strong focus on protecting high-value professional relationships.
