Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and personable Event Staff members to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and brand awareness initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in a team environment, and creating positive experiences for event attendees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events.
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance.
• Engage with customers and answer questions about products and services.
• Assist with promotional presentations and activities.
• Distribute promotional materials and information.
• Help maintain organized displays and event areas.
• Build positive relationships with event attendees.
• Assist team members with event schedules and responsibilities.
• Communicate customer feedback and event observations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees.
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous event, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
