Call Center Representative -Payless Water Heaters & Plumbing-

Full Time - Weekends Needed!!

We are a fun, well-established plumbing company with over 20 years of serving our community, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable Call Center & Dispatch Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls
Schedule service appointments
Provide excellent customer service
Enter customer information accurately
Coordinate with dispatch and technicians

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service and/or dispatching preferred
Availability to work evenings
Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism
Typing speed of 35+ WPM and proficiency with computers
Must be reliable, responsible, and a team player
Must pass drug test/background check/authorized to work in the US
