Marketing Analyst

Job Description

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an Analyst to support the Marketing Department in budget management and analytics. Reporting into the marketing team, this role owns budget tracking and forecasting while delivering the analysis that guides marketing investment decisions. The analyst also leverages AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to automate recurring workflows and accelerate reporting and analysis.

This position reports in person to our Las Vegas corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track the marketing department budget.
• Prepare and submit budget forecasts to Finance.
• Review and reclassify incorrectly coded expenses to the correct accounts and cost centers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly accruals for outstanding obligations.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards.
• Query the marketing database to support reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
• Use Claude and Microsoft Copilot to automate recurring tasks and support analysis and reporting.
• Assist department with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related business field.
• 1+ years in a financial analyst or analytical role, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, and financial modeling).
• Experience with database querying (SQL) to pull and analyze data.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to automate tasks and aid analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working autonomously.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
