Apply today!ResponsibilitiesSupervising and guiding a team of automotive technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.Performing advanced diagnostic tests and repairs on vehicles, serving as a mentor and resource for junior technicians.Providing technical guidance and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.Collaborating closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and understanding of customer vehicle concerns.Overseeing the scheduling of repairs and maintenance jobs to optimize shop productivity and meet customer expectations.Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to team members.Resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in automotive technologyQualificationsPrior experience as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician demonstrating strong knowledge of automotive systems and componentsStrong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamValid driver's license & clean driving recordExcellent problem solving and diagnostic skillsAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet or exceed hourly goalsPhysical RequirementsOccasionally lift and/or move over 50 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-toolsWalk/stand for the majority of the workdayDrive manual transmission vehiclesKeeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environmentEfficiently navigate a computerReady to Elevate Your Career?
