The RoleWe are seeking experienced SAP Functional Consultants with expertise in PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management ) to support large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs in the Automotive industry.The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge , hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to drive process excellence.Must have Automotive OEM Industry experience Working knowledge and experience in Material Management (MM) and MES integrationLead a team of 10-15 members in PP/QM/MM areas and support other related modules like S&OP, demand management, Planning, Scheduling, PLM, Quality Planning, Notification, Quality certificates etc. Manage full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA in SAP Production Planning (PP) and/or Quality Management (QM)Lead business transformation workshops with stakeholder, Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard WorkshopsAdvise clients on future-state operating models across production, quality and logisticsTranslate business strategy into scalable S/4HANA-enabled solutionsDrive process harmonization across plants, regions, and business unitsSupport executive-level discussions on supply chain optimization and manufacturing excellenceIdentify improvement opportunities in:Production planning & executionQuality governance & complianceInventory optimization & warehouse operationsTransportation planning & network efficiencyGuide clients through greenfield or brownfield S/4HANA transformation journeysManage change impact, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end value realizationExceptional facilitation skills with experience leading design workshops, and stakeholder engagements with Business.Support program leadership in roadmap planning, solution design, and transformation governanceRequirements10+ years of SAP Manufacturing Experience with focus on PP/QM5+ years of Automotive OEM industry experience5+ years of S/4 HANA experienceTravel: The current project is in Metro Detroit, MI but future projects may involve travel.Ability to engage plant heads, supply chain leaders, and CXO stakeholdersExperience driving process transformation—not just system implementationHave experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiencesHave excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency),Project-related mobility/willingness to travelEstimated annual compensation will be $154,375 - $193,125Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsuranceLong-term/Short-term DisabilityHealth and Dependent Care Reimbursement AccountsInsurance (Accident, Critical Illness , Hospital Indemnity, Legal)401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary levelPaid holidays plus Paid Time OffCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
