Position Summary Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You’ll Do As an Associate Vice President, Analytics and Insights on the OneStream Solutions team, you will be responsible for: Lead the technical design of OneStream applications, including architecture, extensibility, customization, and integration componentsTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned to client and program objectivesDefine and oversee complex integration approaches between OneStream and upstream or downstream enterprise systemsMentor developers, review technical deliverables, and provide direction on development standards and solution designResolve escalated technical issues across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree OneStream Architect Certification Required7+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying OneStream applications7+ years of experience developing OneStream extensibility, customization, and integration solutions7+ years of experience leading technical design activities for enterprise application implementationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred: Experience integrating OneStream with enterprise resource planning, data warehouse, or source systemsExperience supporting finance transformation, planning, consolidation, or reporting programsExperience leading technical workstreams in a client-service environmentThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,300 to $322,100.
