Your Role & Responsibilities:
Hands-On Training: Gain firsthand experience in restaurant operations, leadership, and team management.
Oversee Daily Operations: Support the management team in ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Lead & Motivate the Team: Provide guidance, encourage collaboration, and help drive staff performance.
Enhance Guest Experience: Address concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience for every customer.
Manage Inventory & Financials: Assist with cash handling, stock management, and reporting to maximize profitability.
Ensure Compliance & Safety: Uphold Taco John's health, safety, and operational standards.

What We're Looking For:
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in food service is a plus.
Strong organization, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading a team.
