What You Lead You directly supervise: HR Generalists Recruiting Specialist Learning Systems & Onboarding Lead What You Own Day‑to‑Day You're responsible for the execution of HR operations - not the enterprise strategy (that's the Director's lane). Your daily work includes: Recruiting & hiring Onboarding & LMS administration Employee relations & investigations Performance management support Benefits education & HRIS accuracy Compliance execution (EEO‑1, VETS‑4212, AAP, OSHA, WSI, FMLA, FLSA) Audit‑ready documentation Cross‑functional partnership with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and IT Why This Role Matters KMM builds mission‑critical components for aircraft, weapons systems, and space technologies.
