Automotive Service Advisor

We're hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to be the bridge between our customers and technicians. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Sales experience is also a plus. Each day, you will start by checking in customer vehicles for service or repairs, gathering the necessary details to set the day in motion. As technicians complete their inspections, you'll advise customers on their findings, write up accurate estimates, and help explain recommended work. Your role will include selling the services that customers need while making sure they feel informed and cared for. Throughout the day, you will source parts using various resources, handle customer interactions in person, by phone, and through messaging, and ensure that every pickup ends on a high note by collecting payments and closing out the service experience.ABOUT USAt Farmington Motor Sports Inc., we're a trusted, independent auto repair and rental facility that's been family-owned and operated since 1976.
