Here’s what you can expect: Roles are 40+ hours/week and client-facing — designed for professionals who are ready to contribute at a high level from day one Most projects are 3–4 month sprints (plenty of variety, never stale) Some longer-term or interim engagements available based on client needs Project industries span: SaaS, Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT Services, and even Blockchain Majority of clients are VC- or PE-backed and scaling fast Remote-first flexibility — with occasional hybrid roles depending on the client’s location Yes, we’ve even had clients in Hawaii (so don’t count yourself out!)
