Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Pearl River, La

DiMarco Plumbing is looking to add a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to our growing team. We are searching for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and experienced in customer service and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers with scheduling service calls

Manage schedules and dispatch technicians efficiently

Communicate with customers regarding appointments, delays, and follow-ups

Maintain organization within the CRM and job management system

Assist with invoices, payments, and customer communication

Work closely with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations

Deliver excellent customer service while representing our company professionally

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience required

Experience using CRM software such as:

ServiceTitan

FieldPulse

Jobber

or similar software

Strong communication and phone skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team mentality

Plumbing or home service industry experience is a plus
