Local SEO CoordinatorThe Local SEO Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting local search visibility for our clients by managing business listings, citations, and Google Business Profiles. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in growing their career in SEO and digital marketing. You will work closely with the SEO team to execute foundational local SEO tasks that directly impact client performance.Local Listings & CitationsCreate, manage, and optimize business listings across major directories (Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, and industry-specific platforms)Build and maintain consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) citations across local and national directoriesIdentify and correct duplicate, inaccurate, or incomplete listingsTrack and document listings and citation activity for reporting purposesGoogle Business Profile ManagementOptimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for accuracy, completeness, and local search best practicesPublish regular Google Business Profile posts, including promotions, updates, events, and announcementsAssist with category selection, service descriptions, business attributes, and photo uploadsMonitor and flag reviews, questions, or profile issues for the SEO teamContent & Blog AssistanceAssist with blog uploads, formatting, internal linking, and basic on-page SEOSupport content optimization by adding local keywords, metadata, and location-specific elementsCoordinate with SEO strategists to ensure content aligns with local SEO goalsAdministrative & SEO SupportPerform data entry and maintain organized records related to SEO tasks and campaignsFollow established SEO processes, checklists, and workflowsSupport additional SEO tasks as needed, including audits, research, and reportingQualificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processesBasic understanding of SEO concepts, especially local SEOFamiliarity with WordPress or other CMS platformsComfortable working with data entry, spreadsheets, and online toolsFamiliarity with Google Business Profile or willingness to learnStrong written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesCompensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
