Branch Sales Representative

Job Summary The Wholesale Branch Sales Representative reports to the Branch Sales Manager and focuses on growing sales of Carrier Enterprise’s entire product offering to an assigned account list. The position utilizes technology, understands market needs, builds relationships, and is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential. Create and maintain detailed customer profiles. Identify growth opportunities for assigned and new accounts. Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed. Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement. Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists. Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed. Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills. Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers. Learn and utilize internal industry‑leading technology offerings. Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning. Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list. Occasionally travel to various locations for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work‑related activities. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite. Highly energetic, motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic. Proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment. Results‑oriented, detail‑focused, and team‑oriented. Customer Service Skills Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Possess excellent organizational skills. Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. Driver’s License: Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.
